When you place your order with MarkaBull, we will establish a time frame for imprinting and shipping your product. We promise we will ship on time! We will make sure that you have what you need on time or you don’t pay.
If you need special accommodations such as rush ordering, split shipping, or delayed shipping, please contact us or add this to the “Message/Special Instructions” section while requesting a quote.
We pride ourselves in meeting the expectations of our clients with tight deadlines, so do not hesitate to contact us to see if we can meet your deadline.
Placing an order online is extremely easy. First, find the product(s) you want in any of our product sections and click “Add to Quote.” When you are finished selecting products, click “Request a Quote” in the black banner at the top of our webpage. Then, adjust quantities for each product and click “Update List.” Please fill in your name and email address and use the Message field to tell us if you have any special requirements. To finish, click “Send your Request” and we will contact you within 1 business day with your personalized quote.
After proof approval, projects generally take 2-3 weeks to complete. Again, the promised production window begins after final proof approval. Production time varies greatly depending on the complexity of the project and type of products, so some items will ship sooner than others. It is always to your advantage to order early, whenever possible. We can speed up production on some items, however please note that rush charges may apply. The best artwork files to send us are vector artwork files. Vector artwork is a file created using mathematical points to tell the distance between unique draw lines. Examples of these kind of files are Adobe Illustrator (.ai), Encapsulated Postscript (.eps), or high quality Abobe Portable Document Format(.pdf). We can also sometimes use Photoshop files (.psd) if they are setup correctly. These are high res vector art files that can be expanded and contracted to fit different mediums. Vector artwork allows us to manipulate the files so that your print or promotional products turn out well.
When submitting art remember to:
- include all fonts & images
- convert fonts to outlines
- make sure that your files are at least 300 DPI (dots per inch)
- use compression software when sending large files (such as winrar or winzip)
- design for bleeds for certain items (such as business cards & flyers)
Unusuable artwork includes:
- word documents (.doc or .docx)
- .jpgs or .jpegs
- faxed art
- powerpoint files (.pps, .ppx)
The color of the ink or imprint on your product depends on many distinct factors. Ink soaks into various materials in different ways, and light will reflect differently depending on the medium. The best way to get an idea of what the color will look like on a product is to look at a PMS/Pantone swatch book. These can be found at just about any home improvement store or paint shop. We also have swatch books available at our office for you to view. When in doubt, please contact us to request a spec sample.
As stated in the section before, ink color varies depending on the medium used. If you notice a drastic difference in the color of your imprinted product from what you requested, please contact us so we can assist.
If you need artwork or a logo created, please contact us for rates. Generally, our artwork charges are $75/per hour. If you simply need a small touch-up to your artwork, we provide this service for free.
On promotional products – Unlike many of our competitors, we hand pick every product on our site to guarantee quality. Many promotional product companies simply splash their site with every item available without considering product quality. Unfortunately, this means you’ll get cheap, shoddy products that will leave your clients with a negative impression of your company. We always send out product samples at no cost (printed or non-imprinted) before we will match or try to beat prices. We also run promotions, such as our ReMarkaBull Monday deal, that may get you a great price. However, we will not be able to match a price and offer you a promotion at the same time.
On printing – Since all of our work is custom and printing is subjective, we cannot guarantee that we will match or beat pricing. Please request a quote and we will offer you our best price! We are confident that you’ll be pleased with the final product and the price!
On apparel – Decoration techniques and quality are extremely subjective. We believe that you get what you pay for, and that we offer quality apparel items at competitive prices.
For all price negotiations, you must submit an actual quote from a competing company. We will not match online prices for apparel or printing. Price matching must be for identical items. Setup fees may still be additional.

We update our site with new products daily. We have access to over 1,000,000 different products and more than likely can accommodate your request. At MarkaBull we only believe in putting what we know are the best and highest quality products on our site. There is a ton of “junk” in the print & promotional industry, and we are a company that strives to sell the best quality products.
